Affiliate/Partner Steps to Complete Everflow Pay Payee Accounts

Helpful guide for you and your International partners to set up their Billing and become Payable with Everflow Pay.

Once Everflow Pay has been enabled as the "Payment Method" in the Partner's billing settings, a banner will appear on the affiliate's/partner's login dashboard. To complete the Payee account setup, Affiliates/Partners need to follow these steps:

Step-By-Step

Step 1: Configuration

  • Click the "Configure" button on the dashboard banner to initiate the Payee account setup process.

Step 2: Verification

  • Verify your phone number by following the on-screen instructions for Phone Verification.

Step 3: Banking Details

  • Enter the requested Company and Banking details, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Once completed, click the "Submit" button.

Step 4: Review and T&C

  • You will also need to review Terms & Conditions (Step 2 of the form).

Step 5: Tax Information

  • After submitting your Company and Banking details, you will be redirected to the Billing Page. Here, you will also need to provide your Tax information.

    Please note: If you do not see the "Enter Tax Details" button please click the drop down arrow next to "Everflow Pay Configuration"❗

  • Carefully review and fill out the required Tax information fields, ensuring the details provided are correct and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Step 6: Bank Account Validation (US Only)

**Penny Testing is for US Domestic Partners only

  • Once these steps are completed, a Penny Test is triggered to verify banking information.

  • This deposit can take 3-5 business days to hit the bank account.

  • Once the penny test has deposited, the amount needs to be confirmed in Everflow to Validate and make the account "Payable".

All Penny Tests will reference "Everflow Technologies" and will state "ACCTVERIFY" in the deposit Description.

To Validate the Deposit amount:

  • Partners must login to Everflow.

  • Navigate to Company Settings > Billing.

  • Click the "Validate Account" button.

  • Input the exact deposit amount received and click "Validate" to submit and become Payable.

Please note: Partners only have three chances to input the accurate deposit amount before the test will fail and no longer allow them to try to validate.❗

**Special Note: Affiliates/Partners will only be able to see both ACH and Wire payment options if their routing number provided allows for both ACH and Wire. This is determined by the affiliate/partner's bank.

Once you have successfully provided your Banking details and Tax information, your account will be marked as payable, and you will be eligible to receive payments through Everflow Pay.

Please note: The entire process must be completed in order for your Payee account to be fully set up and activated for receiving payments.❗
