Managing Marketplace Publisher Connections

Keep track of your Advertiser partnerships and handle connection requests all in one place.

Overview

The Everflow Marketplace connects you with advertisers and brands looking for partners. From your Connections page, you can manage all your active partnerships, respond to pending requests, and discover new opportunities — all in one place.

Accessing Your Connections

Method 1: Direct Navigation

Go to Connections in the left navigation All your Active, Pending, and Deleted connections are displayed here

Go to your Dashboard Find the Connections widget Click See All to view the full list

Understanding Connection Types

Active Connections

These are your approved partnerships. For each active connection you can:

View offers — See all available offers from the advertiser Generate tracking links — Click the menu at the end of each offer row, then select Generate Tracking Link Access partnership details — View payout terms, offer descriptions, and creative assets

Pending Connections

Requests that are waiting for approval — either from you or from the advertiser.

Review the advertiser's marketplace profile before accepting Contact the advertiser directly with questions Accept or decline the connection request

What Happens When You Connect

When a connection is approved, the advertiser's offers become available in your account. Here's what to know:

Offers sync automatically — Once connected, the advertiser's available offers appear in your account. You don't need to add them manually. Tracking links are unique to you — Each link you generate is tied to your partner account, so all conversions are attributed correctly. Payouts are set per offer — Each offer has its own payout terms. Check the offer details to see your commission structure.

Some advertisers may have specific offers that require additional approval. If you don't see an expected offer after connecting, reach out to the advertiser — they may need to enable it for your account.

Finding New Advertisers

The Marketplace is where you discover new brands and programs to promote.

Browse the Marketplace — Go to Marketplace in your navigation to see all available advertisers and their programs.

Review program details — Check the advertiser's profile, offer descriptions, payout rates, and any requirements before applying.

Request a connection — Click Apply to send a connection request. The advertiser will review your profile and approve or decline.

Tips for Managing Connections

  • Check pending requests promptly — Advertisers may have limited partner slots or time-sensitive campaigns. Responding quickly increases your chances of approval.
  • Keep your profile complete — Advertisers review your marketplace profile when deciding whether to approve your connection request. A complete profile with clear traffic descriptions improves your approval rate.
  • Review offer terms before promoting — Each offer has specific payout terms, allowed traffic types, and restrictions. Read these carefully to avoid compliance issues.
  • Communicate with advertisers — If you have questions about an offer or need special terms, reach out directly through the platform. Building a relationship with your advertisers leads to better opportunities.
Pro-Tip:

Check your Connections page regularly — new advertisers join the Marketplace frequently, and being an early applicant often means better terms and more attention from the brand.
