How To Navigate The Advertiser Platform & Dashboard

Learn how to navigate and use the Advertiser Platform features including dashboard, Offers, reporting, analytics, billing settings, and account management in Everflow's platform.

Navigation Overview

The Advertiser Portal provides a comprehensive interface to track and manage your offers. The interface consists of a main dashboard and a sidebar for easy navigation.

Sidebar Navigation

Located along the left side of your portal, the sidebar contains:

  • Menu Icon: Click the three horizontal lines to expand/collapse the menu
  • Quick Access Pins: Hover over any menu item and click the pin icon to add it to your sidebar for quicker access
  • Expand/Collapse: Toggle the sidebar view using the |> or <| icon at the bottom left
  • My Account: Access your account settings by clicking the profile icon above the Expand/Collapse icon

My Account Options

  • General Information: Edit contact details, preferences, and change email/password
  • Notification Preferences: Enable or disable in-app and email notifications
  • Logout: Sign out of your portal

Dashboard

The Dashboard is your default landing page, providing a performance overview for all active offers. Key metrics displayed include:

  • Cost
  • Clicks
  • Conversions
  • CVR (Conversion Rate)
  • Events
  • EVR (Event Rate)

Each metric displays today's performance with historical comparisons for yesterday, current month, and last month.

Dashboard metric cards may vary based on how your Dashboard was customized by the Core Platform user you are working with (e.g. Agency).

Offers Management

Viewing Offers

Navigate to Offers - Manage via the sidebar menu Click on any offer name to view detailed information

Offer Details

When viewing an individual Offer, you'll see multiple cards:

Card Name Description General Category, creation date, status, name, offer ID, and more Stats Simplified offer-specific reporting with customizable timeframes Cost Payout details agreed upon with your traffic buyer Tracking & Controls Budget and sub-buyer management options Targeting Whitelist/blacklist settings for geographical, device, and IP targeting URLs Secondary landing pages available to your traffic buyer Creatives Marketing assets including images, HTML, text, or links

Managing Offers

  • Search: Use the search field (magnifying glass icon) to find offers by name or ID
  • Filter Status: Toggle between active, inactive, or all offers using the status dropdown
  • Advanced Filtering: Click the funnel icon to filter by category, country, platform, or revenue type
  • Column Customization: Click the three vertical dots above the table to add/remove columns
  • Quick Actions: Access offer-specific reports and functions via the vertical dots on each offer row

Reporting

The Reporting section offers multiple report types with consistent features:

Common Report Features

Common Report Features Settings: Change timezone and currency via the top-right options Settings Change timezone and currency via the top-right options Save & Load Save report templates and load them for future use Scheduling Set reports to be emailed to you at specified intervals Sharing Copy report URLs with all settings intact API Access View the specific API call for any customized report Time Frame Select custom date ranges for your reports Filtering Narrow reports by specific offers and other parameters Export Download reports in CSV or JSON formats

Available Report Types

Offer Report

A top-level view of traffic generated per offer with customizable metrics and filters.

Daily Report

Tracks performance by day with options to drill down into specific dates for more detailed metrics.

Click Report

Provides line-item details of each click generated within your selected timeframe.

Conversion Report

Shows individual conversions and events with customizable columns. Click the vertical dots on any entry for additional details.

Analytics

The Analytics section offers advanced data visualization and comparison tools:

Flex

Similar to a pivot table, Flex reports allow you to:

  • Build custom reports with your desired columns and metrics
  • Manipulate and slice data for granular investigation
  • Select specific variables (columns) to analyze in-depth

Dynamic Nested

Examine how two layers of data relate to each other in a single nested view, making it easier to spot patterns and relationships.

Variance

Compare performance of selected values across different time periods, breaking down data by specific points to identify trends and changes.

Company Settings

My Account

  • General: Update company and personal information, timezone, currency, and password
  • Notifications: Manage notification preferences for both in-app and email alerts

Invoices

Navigate to Company Settings > Invoices to view paid and unpaid invoices from your traffic buyer.

In the Invoices screen, you can:

  • View invoice details including status, creation date, currency, and offer-specific breakdowns
  • Search for invoices by ID
  • Filter by status (paid/unpaid) and balance ranges
  • Customize table columns for your preferred view
  • Export invoices through the options menu

Documents

Access all documents shared by the network for your reference.

Configuration

View and manage your billing settings.
