How To Navigate Partner Platform

Learn how to navigate Everflow's Partner Platform, from basic menu options to advanced reporting features.

Overview

Partner Platform is your one stop shop for all things tracking, reporting, media buying, and billing. It's where you'll find all the good stuff: Offers you can promote, tools to track how much you're earning, and easy ways to see what's working best.

Whether you're running ads on Facebook, Google, or TikTok, you can plug them right in to keep everything in one place. No more jumping between different platforms or wondering if your promotions are paying off – everything you need to grow your affiliate business is right here.

Plus, Partner Platform is also used for Payouts, communication, compliances, and so many other things. So let’s jump right in!

Basic Navigation

Menu and Sidebar

Click the three horizontal lines to open or close the menu Use the <| icon at the bottom left to keep the menu open Pin frequently used items by hovering over them and clicking the pin icon Use the search bar to find menu items, Offers, Partners, Help Center articles, etc. You can also see your Recently Viewed history.

Account Access

  • View notifications about your account
  • Access My Account settings
  • Set notification preferences
  • Log out

Main Features

Dashboard

Your dashboard shows important updates, including:

  • Offer application status
  • Quick access to tracking link generation
  • Performance metrics
  • You can also see a custom card from your Advertiser (brand) if they have one (it’s usually used to promote special Offers, announcements, etc.)

Offer Management

Find and manage your Offers easily:

  • Search by name or ID
  • Filter Offers by visibility status
  • Sort by category, country, platform, payout type, or channel
  • Generate tracking links for approved Offers
  • View Offer details and reports

Tracking Tools

Coupon Codes

  • View unique codes for each Offer
  • Use codes in tracking links
  • Track both clicks and conversions

Smart Links

  • Use a single link to track multiple Offers
  • View Offer rules and targeting
  • Generate tracking links just like regular Offers

Postbacks and Pixels

Set up tracking in two ways:

  • Global: Works for all Offers
  • Specific: Works for selected Offers only Note: You can use both types together
