How To Get Tracking Links & Creative Assets

Learn how to generate and access tracking links, creative assets, and Coupon Codes through the Partner Platform's Tracking & Asset Generator tool.

Overview

The Tracking & Asset Generator is your central tool for creating tracking links, downloading creative assets, and grabbing coupon codes. Everything you need to start promoting offers lives here.

How to Access

You can reach the Tracking & Asset Generator from multiple places:

Click in the top left and select Tracking & Asset Generator Pin it to your sidebar by hovering over the name and clicking the Pin icon Click the Tracking & Asset Generator card on your Dashboard Go to Offers > Manage and click the Tracking Link button on any offer row

Generating Tracking Links

Tracking links are how Everflow attributes clicks and conversions to you. Every link is unique to your partner account, so all traffic you send is tracked correctly.

Step-by-Step

1

Select your offer(s) — Pick one offer, multiple offers, or all offers. If an offer has multiple landing pages, you can choose which URL to use.

2

Turn on Get Tracking Link(s) — Toggle this on to generate your links.

3

Choose your tracking type — Select Click tracking (standard) or Impression tracking depending on your campaign type.

4

Add sub-parameters (optional) — Add Source ID and Sub1–Sub5 values to tag your traffic sources. These show up in your reports so you can see exactly which campaigns and placements drive conversions.

5

Copy your link — Choose between a Redirect Link (standard tracking URL) or a Direct Link (uses the advertiser's landing page URL directly). You can also generate a QR code.

Redirect Links vs Direct Links

Understanding the difference between these two link types is important for choosing the right one for your campaigns.

Direct links require a click script on the advertiser's landing page. If direct linking is available for an offer, it means the advertiser has already set this up. Not all offers support direct linking.

Using Sub-Parameters

Sub-parameters (Sub1–Sub5) are custom values you attach to your tracking links to identify where your traffic comes from. They're essential for optimizing your campaigns.

Common Ways to Use Sub-Parameters

Parameter Common Use Example Value Source ID Your traffic source or website my_blog, email_list Sub1 Campaign name spring_promo, retargeting Sub2 Ad group or placement sidebar_banner, in_article Sub3 Creative or ad variant video_v1, static_blue Sub4 Keyword or audience weight_loss, 25_34_female Sub5 Platform or channel facebook, google, tiktok
Pro-Tip:

If you run paid media campaigns, use Sub5 for the platform name (facebook, google, tiktok). Everflow's Organic integration can automatically populate this from UTM parameters, giving you platform-level reporting without manual tagging.

Offer URLs & Landing Pages

Some offers have multiple landing pages available. When generating a tracking link, you can choose which page your traffic lands on.

In the Tracking & Asset Generator, look for the Offer URL dropdown after selecting your offer If multiple URLs are available, choose the one that best matches your audience Each URL generates a different tracking link, but all conversions attribute to the same offer

Getting Creative Assets

Creative assets are banners, images, and other promotional materials provided by the advertiser.

Turn on Get Creative Asset(s) in the Tracking & Asset Generator Click View Details to preview available assets Download all assets at once or individually Assets are pre-linked to your tracking — no manual URL insertion needed

Getting Coupon Codes

If the advertiser provides coupon codes for their offer, you can access them here.

Turn on Get Coupon Code(s) in the Tracking & Asset Generator View all available codes and their status Export codes if you need them in bulk

Coupon codes are a great alternative to tracking links for influencer campaigns — your audience can use a code at checkout instead of clicking a link, and conversions still attribute to you.
