Find out how to manage your account settings, update your profile, set up email notifications, and view invoices and documents in your Advertiser Platform.

Overview

This guide shows you how to access and manage your personal and company settings in the Advertiser Platform.

You'll learn how to update your contact information, set notification preferences, access invoices and documents, and view your account configuration details.

Getting to Your Settings

Click the menu icon in the sidebar Click Company Settings

My Account

In My Account, you can update your basic information:

  • Name and title
  • Phone numbers
  • Email address
  • Language preference
  • Time zone
  • Currency
  • Instant messaging details

Setting Up Notifications

We recommend turning on Communication Hub Email notifications so you don't miss important updates about:

  • New Offers
  • Changes to current Offers
  • Messages from the company you work with
  • Other important updates

To turn these on:

Go to My Account Click My Notification Preferences Find Communication Hub Email Switch it to Yes

Viewing Your Invoices

In the Invoices section, you can:

  • See all your invoices
  • Check payment status
  • Filter by date
  • Search by invoice ID
  • View invoice details

Finding Documents

In the Documents section, you can see files that have been shared with your company.

These might include:

  • Guidelines
  • Important updates
  • Other resources

Checking Configuration

The Configuration section shows your billing settings, which are set up based on your agreement with the company you work with.
