Overview

This feature will let you generate conversions and events via a quick form in the UI. You can add up to 50 conversions at a time with or without transaction IDs from existing clicks.

If you wish to make a top-level payout adjustment, not to individual conversions - [Click Here]

Manage Conversion Imports

Navigate to Reporting - Conversion Imports, then click [+ Conversion].

Here, you can either select

Please Note: All conversions added will be set to Approved regardless of offer settings (e.g. Postback Control, manually approve conversions, etc)

Add Without Transaction ID

Please Note: Conversions added using this method will not be associated with an existing click. As such, your Partners' postbacks, if enabled, will likely be rejected by their platforms because there will not be a partner click ID to tie the added conversion to. Furthermore, if an HTML pixel is placed for the partner, it will not be fired.

  • Choose a date, or enable the Now toggle to use the current date/time.

  • Enter the number of conversions to be added.

  • Select the Partner, Offer and Event.

  • (Optional) Enter the Adv values, Sub values, Sale Amount, Revenue and Payout Amounts and Notes.

  • Click Add. You will see a message "Conversion was successfully saved," and conversions will be included in the Conversion Report and all top-level reports.

Add With Transaction ID

Please Note: Conversions added using this method will be fired to your Partners' postbacks, if enabled, regardless of the date selected. Please disable the Fire Partner Postback toggle on the Offer if you would like to prevent this. Furthermore, if an HTML pixel is placed for the partner, it will not be fired.

  • Choose a date, or enable the Now toggle to use the current date/time.

  • Enter each transaction ID in a new row.

  • Select the Offer that these transaction IDs belong to. All transaction IDs must belong to the same offer.

  • Select the name of the Base Event or Event.

  • (Optional) Enter the Adv values, Sub values, Sale Amount, Revenue and Payout Amounts and Notes.

  • Click Add. You will see a message "Conversion was successfully saved," and conversions will be included in the Conversion Report and all top-level reports.

Bulk Add or Edit

For an in-depth guide on uploading and editing conversions using a CSV import - [Click Here]

Quick Guide

Click Download Template to download a template to ensure you upload a proper .csv file. Once you have prepared your .csv file, browse or drag and drop to upload it. Your file will be scanned for errors.

  • If necessary, fix errors and re-upload your file.

  • When there are no errors, click Import.

    • Formatting errors include:

      • File format : Required value is missing

      • Unsupported layout = Columns are invalid

      • Max number of rows

      • Duplicate conversions (*applicable only with editing the status or the payout/revenue of existing conversions)

Pro Tip: If you are encountering persistent formatting errors, try switching to Google Sheets. Some versions of Excel and associated language settings may inadvertently change the template formats.
