Reporting - Saved & Scheduled

Learn to manage your saved and scheduled reports, and how to request a report that is too large to load in the Portal.

Updated - Feature Release 3.4.3 (December 2023):

  • Added Report Name for all saved reports to adhere to the same naming conventions [Click Here]

  • Added Metrics to Saved Reports accessible through Reporting - Saved & Scheduled > Saved Reports.

  • Imports and reports can now be sorted by creation date, so users can easily access the newest documents at the top of their file lists.

Overview

Learn to manage your saved and scheduled reports, and how to request a report that is too large to load in the Portal.

Navigate to Reporting - Saved & Scheduled.

This section is divided into 3 tabs:


Saved Reports

The Saved Reports tab displays a list of reports you have saved.

  • Click the vertical dots on any report to make a selection. You can run, edit, schedule, copy or delete the report from here.

Scheduled Reports

The Scheduled Reports tab displays a list of reports you have built and scheduled to be generated automatically.

  • Click the vertical dots on any report to make a selection. You can view, edit, copy, delete or set the report schedule to inactive.

  • When scheduling a report, be sure to specify each of the required report properties as well as any additional email recipients you wish to send the scheduled report to.

  • (Optional) Click Add Metrics to include only specific metrics on the scheduled report. If this option is not activated, then all metrics will be included.

    Please note that this option is only available for the following reports: Offer, Advertiser, Smart Link, Dynamic Nested, Flex, Daily, Hourly.

  • (Optional) If desired, make selections under Add USM Metrics and Add Filter.

  • Click Schedule.

Requested Reports

Since Click Reports and Conversion Reports are often too data heavy to load in the Portal, you need to specifically request these reports.

How to Request a Report

  • Navigate to Reporting - Click, or Reporting - Conversion, and click the vertical dots to select Request Report.

  • Fill out the required fields and click the Request Report button. You and any additional recipients will receive a link to download the requested report.

How to Download a Requested Report

  • Use the link that was sent to your email address, OR,

  • Navigate to Reporting - Saved & Scheduled, then find the Requested Reports tab. In the File column, click Download.

Please note, conversion data is only available in the Portal for up to 12 months. Request a report from Customer Success if you wish to see conversion data over 12 months old.
